SARASOTA POLICE DEPARTMENT LEAKS MORE INFO ON THE SEX LIVES OF THE ZIEGLER'S TO BARFIELD
PBS AND NPR HAS JOINED IN PUBLISHING THE LATEST BARFIELD EPISODE OF THE ZIEGLER'S SEX LIFES FROM "UNAMED SOURCES" AT SPD HEADQUATERS
SPD PRESSURING INDIVIDUALS THAT ALLEGED VICTIM WAD DRUNK ON DAY OF ALLEGED SEXUAL ABUSE AND RAPE BY ZIEGLER
It is becoming quite apparent to anyone, who can chew gum and walk at the same time, that the Sarasota Polic Department is leaking information to Michael Barfield to lead a narraitive exposing the salacious sex life of Christian and Bridget Ziegler.
It has become appaerent that the political carrers of the Ziegler's have come to end due their salacious lifes styles being exposed by leaks from the SPD to Barfield, not because of any crimes committed.
It is also becoming appaerent that the SPD has no evidence to arrest or convict Ziegler and having none they leaked information to Barfield, who is a 68 CONVICTED felon who has a long history of taking out local politicians be they guilty or not.
SPD KNEW ALLEGED VICTIM WAS LYING EARLY ON IN INVESTIGATION
The SPD knew that the alleged victim was lying early on the investigation. For example, early on in the investagation the apartment’s surveillance video where the alleged victim lives shows Ziegler knocking on the woman’s door and walking inside. The video contradicts the woman’s claim to police that Ziegler walked into her apartment after she opened the door to walk her dog and placed her on a bar stole and raped her.
The SPD also sees in the surveillance video that the woman is lying and so upset in alleging being sexually assaulted and raped that she exits the apartment together with Ziegler and while Ziegler leaves the apartment complex out a side door to his truck, the woman can be seen walking across the street to have a late lunch.
Even Barfield stated the videos contradicts the woman’s claim to police that Ziegler walked into her apartment after she opened the door to walk her dog and raped her.
The SPD continued following the false narrative of the alleged lying victim even after viewing the videoes. The SPD conducted three controlled conversations between Zigler and the woman with the conversations producing no evidence Ziegler committed sexual battery or rape.
The SPD tried to gain evidence and that would put Ziegler's claim of consental sex in jepoday in that when drugs and alcohol are involved clear consent cannot be obtained for consental sex. An intoxicated person cannot give consent. Consent needs to be clear..
For example, SPD officers interviewed an individual who came in contacts with the alleged victim minutes after tha leeged sexual assult and raped early on in the investagative and once again later on after they had no rvidence of any sexual battery or rape.
On those two separate occassins the individual stated there was no signs of being under the influnces of alcohol or drugs. On the second occassion, the SPD bcame so peristeed in having the idividual state the victim was intoxicated, the individual asked the SPD officers to leave.
CHARGES AGAINST ZIEGLER COMPLETELY FABRICATED
In a recently released video, it shows without a doubt that charges of sexual battery and rape against Christian Ziegler are COMPLETLY fabricated by the alleged victim and should lead to her arrest for the lies she told the Sarasota Police Department.
The recently released video of the sex act is brief in duration and the victim, who accused Ziegler of sexual battery and rape can be heard telling Ziegler to “climax in her mouth rather than on her new shirt.With no evidence to arrest Ziegler after two months of investigating, it was obvious that there would be no arrest of Ziegler.
Unfortunately for the Ziegler’s there were numerous political enemies of the Ziegler’s, who knew weeks before the rush to judgement to lynch the Ziegler’s. They desired that the victim's bogus charges and lies be revealed before Ziegler is clearned of these charges
It has also become appaerent from the very begining of the Christian Ziegler criminal investigatin that SPD Chief of Police Rex Touche informed Sarasota City Hall officials of the Ziegler criminal investagation.
Those City Hall oficials certainly include Deputy City Manager Pat Robinson and Sarasota City Manager Marlon Brown. Robinson and Brown are just two more poliical hacks in the pockets of political powers that run Srasota City and County government.
Brown and Robinson, who is a former SPD captain led the ouster of former SPD Chief of Police Bernadette DePino installing present the good ole boy SPD Chief of Police, Toche.
It was determined early that Christian Ziegler had to go and take his wife Bridget Ziegler with him. Those who control City Hall and all other political center of goverence in Sarasota County, who had information from the SPD not only wanted Christian Ziegler long gone, they also desired Bridget Ziegler long gone.
The Ziegler's political future has no future and their financial lives are in tatters, not because of crimes committed. The Zieglers poitical and finacial lifes are in taters due to Barfield leading a narrative. A narrative feed by leaks coming from the SPD to someone, who has a long history of taking down political officicial innocent or guilit.
It is obvius the those walking while chewin gum that the SPD in having any evidenceto arrest or convict Christian Ziegler, they leaked information to Barfield that allowed him and his patrons to lead the narrative of the Ziegler’s salacious life style.
One would think with the Ziegler’s political career being finished, the dirt bag Barfield, his patrons and the SPD would be satisfied in the Ziegler’s political careers in the toilet.

One would think Barfield, the SPD, PBS, NPR and Barfield’s paid patrons would be satisfied in taking down the Ziegler’s politically and financially would have been satisfied in ending the political careers of the Ziegler’s and cease kicking two dead horses.
Instead of allowing the Ziegler’s to go awayand shield their three young children of the pain they have inflected on these children, the dirt bag Barfield and the other dirt bags continues kicking two dead horses and the media has joined in kicking those dead horses.
THE SPD HAS NO EVIDENCE TO CHARGE ZIEGLER
It has become quite obvious that the SPDhas no evidence to charge Christian Ziegler with sexual assault and rape. But in order to benefit those, who only God knows NOW to destroy the Ziegler’s, the SPD used this long time HIT MAN and Con Man’s Con Man to lead the narrative on the Ziegler salacious life style.
The SPD knew the victim was lying early on inthe investigation, but dragged on the investigation. They continued with controlled phone calls and trying to persuade individual to state the victim was drunk and under the influence of drugs the day of the alleged assault and rape.

What is indeed scandalous is the according to the Sarasota Phoenix unnamed sources, SPD police officers have attempted to have individuals state that the victim was intoxicated on the day of the alleged sexual abuse and rape---THEY FAILED.
This SPD, which is leaking like the Titanic is the same SPD that for over 40 years failed to arrest the self-proclaimed Rev. Henry Porter for sexually molested and raping children blocks away from the SPD headquarters.
Porter'sconviction cannot hide the complicity of the Sarasota Police Department, which is
the same SPD feeding Barfield, who in 1990 and 2001-2002 due to inept SPD investigators,
Porter o continue to molest and rape Black children for 20 to 30 years afterwards.
Despite two investigations by those inept SPD investigatorsin 1990 and 2001- 2002 when 40 victims of Porter came forth and stated Porter sexually molested them, Porter was not arrested until a victim exposed Porter on social media over 20 years later.

How has it taken years for Porter to be brought to trial for Black children despite it going on for decades. How is it for over 40 years, local law enforcement bungled investigations with incompetent investigators, by the Sarasota Police Department?

How is that only after Chadwick Watkins came forth on a videocalled "The Art of Manipulation-My Survival of Molestation" describing how Porter began molesting him at age 15 in a Daytona Beach hotel room was Porter eventually arrested and convicted after decades of sexual
molestation of Black children?

How is it that a highly unqualified youth sexual abuseinvestigator like SPD Lynn Thomson held that position to lead the SPD investigation of Porter's sexual abuse cases of minors? Thomson's, resume show no expertise in investigating child molestation cases.
WHERE IS THE OUTRAGE FROM THOSE OURAGED BY THESEXUAL ACTS OF THE ZIEGLER’S?
Likewise, neither did the then local States Attorney investigator Donna Berlin's resume indicate expertise in child molestation cases. Berlin, who is now Judge Donna Padar, was assisting Thomson in investigating Porter, according to Craig Shaeffer of the local States Attorney office.
Florida State Senator Joe Gruters should thank Barfield that he did not take him out in 2015 when on social media, information was leaked that Gruters was having a salacious sexual relationship. Also, in 2022 no Barfield receiving leaked information about Gruters alleging that Gruters sexual harassed a State of Florida legislative staffer.

TALLAHASSEE — The Republican Party of Florida investigated its chair, Joe Gruters, in connection with a sexual harassment allegation involving a legislative staffer amid complaints from top party officials that the accusation was covered up.
Four party officials and an additional source who works with theRepublican Party of Florida told POLITICO Tuesday morning that the allegations stem from an evening at a Tallahassee bar during the 2021 legislative session. Sources say a male aide offered to drive Gruters home from the bar and at some point Gruters allegedly sexually harassed the aide.

4. What are the Sarasota PoliceDepartment guidelines in leaking information to a convicted felon of 68 CONVICTED felons, who was sent to prison three times. Once to a U.S federal prison for 10 years after being convicted for taking $50,000 to fraudulent disparage a U.S federal Judge and U.S prosecuting attorney.
