RINO NEAL'S CONTROL OF LOCAL REPUBLICAN PARTY COULD BE OVER
As Zac Anderson and others at the Sarasota Herald Tribune (SHT) chases Proud Boys who hang out at the Hollows, Anderson also writes that General Michael Flynn is targeting acting Chairman of the Sarasota County Republican Executive Committee (REC), Jack Brill to take over the local Party.

Anderson knows Brill doesn't run the REC. The local RINO ANTI-TRUMPSTER "Pay to Play" gangster developer Pat Neal controls the REC. Anderson should know that, if not shame on him and the SHT.
GRUTERS TURNED OVER LOCAL REC TO NEAL IN 2018
In 2018, Florida State Senator and Chairman of the Florida Republican Party of Florida (RPOF) Joe Gruters turned over the local Sarasota County Republican Executive Committee (local REC) to the political fossil Pat Neal and his mouthpiece, Jack Brill.
Gruters officially remains Chairman of local REC. One must to be chairman of a local REC to be chair the Republican Party of Florida (RPOF), but Jack Brill acting as Vice Chairman of the local REC has been acting as Neal's mouthpiece of the REC.
Waechter
Neal's political operative Bob Waechter runs the political operation behind the scenes. For years Waechter has been political operatives for a political machine headed by Neal. In 2011 and 2020 Watcher gerrymandered Sarasota County districts to insure the election of the Neal's political machine candidates in 2012, 2016 and 2020.
Erwin
While Waechter's pulls Brill's strings for Neal behind the scenes, Waechter's appointed Executive Director of the REC, Kelly Erwin runs the day-to-day operations out of the REC offices on Cattleman Road.
NEAL TAKES FULL CONTROL OF LOCAL REC IN 2018
Since Neal took full control of the local REC, he has stuffed the local REC's pockets with hundreds of thousands of dollars in contributions to the local REC to "anointing" Neal's handpicked Sarasota County candidates to various Sarasota County political offices, including judges.

The control and reign at the REC of the 12-year Jimmy Carter Florida Democrat State Legislator, who calls former President Donald Trump "A vulgar candidate," could be coming to an end.
Sixty-one Conservative Republicans, including General Michael Flynn, who are not controlled by Neal and his flunkies Brill and Waechter, will be sworn in at the next REC meeting on 9/8/22 in North Port.
Acording to Anderson, Neal is reportedly being challenged by General Flynn and grassroots Republican Conservatives supporters. They were the major reason the three Conservative Republican Sarasota School Board members were successful in defeating the three liberal Democrat candidates for the Sarasota County School Board.
These sixty-one of grassroots Republican Conservatives have filed with the Sarasota County Election Board and the REC to be members of the REC.
Neal's flunky Brill has attempted to delay the induction until the REC meeting in January, after the election of the Chairman of the REC for the 2024 election cycle.
Gruters refused to follow Neal's directive and has publicly stated he has no problem with Flynn's involvement or the other sixty with the Republican Party in Sarasota. As Chairman of the REC, Gruters informed Brill that those sixty-one members will be induced into the local REC.
Gruters refuted Neal because the sixty-one members seeking induction into the REC were strong supporters of Gruters maintaining his State Senate seat. This is the same grassroots organization that was a major reason for the defeat of the near non- existing liberal Democrat organization, which supported the losing Democrat School Board members.
Those sixty-one grassroots organizers who knock on doors, place signs, make phone calls and other get out the vote activities (GOTV) are contrasted with the over 40 members that Brill has stacked the REC. There only activity is to show up to vote at REC meetings to keep Neal, Waechter and Brill in control of the REC.
These sixty-one are not necessarily led by Flynn, but they are led by their belief that the Neal/Brill led REC was not giving 100% into the effort of taking out the Democrat School Board members.
There could be some validly to that, because Neal could live with his former fellow Democrats. Neal had no problem in the past working with moderate School Board members Jane Goodwin, Shirley Brown and Caroline Zucker.
Anderson
The documented RINO ANTI-TRUMPSTER Neal is more in line with Zac Anderson and the SHT attack on Trump MEGA supporters.
The sixty-one are also upset that Brill has stacked the REC with over 40 members who do nothing for the REC other than show up to vote to keep Neal and Brill in control of the REC.
In addition, the sixty-one were unhappy that under Neal and Brill leadership the grassroots organization was secondary to mass mailings and it ignored volunteers. They concentrated on stuffing the mailboxes with political ads with Neal and Brill caring less about the grassroots volunteers.
When the REC voted to do away with Single Member District in early 2022 there was no effective grassroots orgaanization or GOTV activities. Brill stacking the membership of the REC with his minions turned the REC into an astro turf organization. Neal's lackeys running the REC spent $45,000 to hire doorknockers from Las Vegas to canvas taking down SMD.
Benderson
With Neal and his cronies like Randy Benderson funneling in over $400,000 in 2021 into the REC there was less emphasis on grassroots activities. There was more emphasis on political mailings out of Political Ink in Washington D.C and Data Targeting Resources in Gainesville.
Bainter
Data Targeting Resources owner and major political operatives Jay Bainter is under criminal investigations for illegally fixing elections in various campaigns in 2020. The Gainesville Republican research firm that was involved in a 2018 vote-siphoning schemes was served a subpoena in the state’s case against a former senator who they allege recruited and paid no-party candidates to run with the intention of securing a GOP wins. Court records were obtained by the Miami Herald.
Jones
Bainter is a partner with Stafford Jones and works closely with Jones, who is a political operative for Neal out of Tallahassee.
FLYNN MUST KNOW THE RINO ANTI-TRUMPSTER CONTROLS REC
One could asumed that Flynn, being a person who fully understands politics, knows that Neal not Brill controls the REC. Flynn must know Neal is a former 12-year former Jimmy Carter Democrat State Legislator.
Flynn also must know Neal hates Trump, which Anderson certainly should also know due to this quote by Neal in a column written by Anderson: "He (Neal) views Trump as an incredibly vulgar candidate who is leading our party off a cliff."
POLITICAL FOSSIL NEAL PRESENTS STATESMAN AWARD TO DeSANTIS
And of course, there was anti-Trumpster Neal with Brill, after taking control of the REC and the REC Statesman award presentations from Trump supporter Gruters presenting Florida Governor Ron DeSantis the Statesman award in 2021. This is the same Downtown Sarasota hotel and same stage where former President Donald Trump received the same Statesman award in 2016 from Gruters.
Flynn's brother was in the audience that night and no doubt the Flynn's knew where Neal was leading the REC in a possible DeSantis/Trump dust up in 2024.
When Gruters insisted that Mike Pompeo be invited to Sarasota to accept a Statesman award, Neal wanted nothing to do with Pompeo, who headed up the CIA from 2017-2018 and the State Department from 2018-2021 under Trump. Neal allowed Trumpster Gruters to award the Statesman award to Pompeo.
Pompeo chairs the Champion American Values PAC (CAVPAC), a political organization that aims "to promote the conservative values upon which America was founded, push back against the "woke" liberals who are shoving their ideology into our homes, schools, workplaces and communities and lift to victory candidates across America who share our vision."
NEAL: "TRUMP IS INCREDIBLY VULGAR CANDIDATE"
Neal has already told Anderson that he viewed Trump as an incredibly “vulgar” candidate who “is leading our party off a cliff.” In addition there is this quote when Neal gave this reason why he withdrew his name to be Florida's CFO, telling Anderson he would not be a candidate for the CFO position in 2018; "The primary reason is that my career is incompatible with the idea of this public office and the personal emotional reason is I've been dispirited with what I see every morning having to do with the Trump campaign."
Neal later told the Tampa Bay Times’ Adam Smith: “I, Pat Neal, have never had a bankruptcy, never had a bank default. When you sign a note of bonds or sell stock with investors the right thing to do is pay them back. Not only did Trump lose money for people Trump borrowed from, but for a period there Trump lost money for his investors, particularly in the casino deals. That isn’t the way you do it, and I would not say Trump is a credit to the real estate industry."
Another reason Neal withdrew his name for the CFO position was that Neal's enormous ego was damaged. Neal was furious that he being an Ivy school graduate and Wharton School of Business School graduate was going to lose out to a Trumspter graduate of Florida State University, Jimmy Patronis
Neal's ego was shattered. Hundreds of thousands of dollars in campaign contributions to then Governor Rick Scott could not buy Scott, who appointed Patronis.
JIMMY CARTER DEMOCRAT NEAL'S RELATIONSHIP WITH OBAMA DEMOCRAT CRIST
Then there is that fact that Neal was a Jimmy Carter Democrat. While everyone is allowed to change their political stripes, conservatives like Flynn would be right to be wary of Neal’s ideological conversion, especially in light of his actions back in the 2010 campaign cycle. This is when he sided with Republican-turned-Independent Charlie Crist against Marco Rubio for the U.S. Senate:
It was a group rarely, if ever, seen together on Florida’s political money trail at Crist fundraiser at Gary Kompothecras trophy house on Siesta Key.
There was Pat Neal, former executive director of the Florida Christian Coalition, mingling near Barbara A. Zdravecky, the head of Planned Parenthood of Southwest and Central Florida.
Nearby, former Sarasota Republican Party Chairman Bob Waechter chatted amiably at the appetizer table with the very Democrat, Shirley Brown, he worked to defeat four years earlier for School Board and has vowed to defeat that year.
In another corner of the beachfront estate, Sarasota County Sheriff Tom Knight and State Rep. Darryl Rouson, a Democrat, held court before a gaggle of Republican donors who have already written checks aimed at defeating Rouson’s fellow Democratic colleagues in the state Legislature.
“Isn’t it amazing?” Florida Gov. Charlie Crist said of the eclectic mix in the room at his first big political fundraiser in Sarasota since he abandoned the Republican Party to run for the U.S. Senate as an Independent.
ANDERSON AND SHT HAVE FAILED TO TAKE ON NEAL CORRUPTING SARASOTA COUNTY
For years Anderson and his cronies at the Sarasota Herald Tribune have failed to take on Neal who controls Sarasota County government and the REC corrupting Sarasota County. Local Judges, Sheriff, and County Commissioners down to "dog catchers are all stuffed in his pockets.
All Anderson and his cronies have to do is---

They don't want to do that -- they rather chase Proud Boys and who hang out at the Hollows.
Since Neal took over the REC, anyone running for political office in Sarasota County wants to be a Judge, a County Commissioner, Sheriff or "dog catcher" they ALL have to make a trip to Neal's office in Lakewood Ranch and kiss his ring to run for office.
With total control of the local REC in his pockets and with Neal's longtime political operative Waechter now pulling Brill's strings, Neal past handpicking who is to be a Judge, County Commissioner, Sheriff, States Attorney or any other political office in Sarasota County is now complete.
Once Neal anoints--then Brill's stacked local REC appoints.
