Retired General Michael Flynn has become a major player in Florida politics, as has the America First movement. Flynn recently spoke at length following former President Donald Trump at the Lee County 2023 Republican Party Lincoln/Reagan Dinner. Flynn encouraged those in attendance to get involved in taking back their country by getting involved locally. Flynn stated “LOCAL ACTION HAS NATIONAL IMPACT.”
Fynn has been a major speaker at many events throughout Florida and in a recent gathering in Manatee County, Flynn outdrew Governor Ron DeSantis gathering on the same day in neighboring Sarasota County.
FLYNN TO SPEAK AT LARGEST REPUBLICAN CLUB IN SARASOTA COUNTY
Flynn will be speaking at the Republican Club of South Sarasota County (RCSSC), where Flynn will be the featured speaker on 7/12/23, which puts to rest the narrative put out by the Sarasota Herald Tribune that Flynn and the America First activists are part of a radical right wing extremist group of the Republican party.
The RCSSC is the largest Republican club in the heavily dominated Republican Sarasota County where elections are won in Sarasota County.

Since moving to Sarasota County and taking on the corrupt Republican establishment, Flynn has become active along with Alfie Oakes and others in reorganizing local Republican County Executive Committees (REC) in Southwest Florida and beyond. Oakes is based in Naples, which is in Collier County and home of Florida Senator Rick Scott.
