The Charlotte County establishment political hack, Florida State Representative Michael Grant went off on a Republican America First grassroots activists Michelle Pozzie at the annual North Port Republican Club picnic for taking on Florida Representative James Buchanan in Florida District 74.
FLYNN: “DO NOT BE AFRAID”
Pozzi is a significant part of retired General Michael Flynn’s America First message to those gathered in the stronghold of Republican conservatism in the district and throughout Florida and beyond with the message of “DO NOT BE AFRAID of taking on these satanic and demonic forces out to destroy our nation.
FLYNN ECHOES FORMER PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP AMERICA FIRST MOVEMENT MESSAGE
Flynn has become a major figure in leading a grassroots America First agenda in Florida, which Flynn calls; “conservative values that emphasizing religious freedom, family values and economic prosperity.”

Pozzi is also part of America First movement, who made up Connie Brunni’s ZEM grassroots activists that led to Republican victories in the 2022 election cycle.
According to Pozzie, "We do not follow blindly, instead, we ask questions, demand accountability and hold ourselves to a higher standard- since we want to lead by example."

At that annual picnic of the Republican Club of North Port (10/21/2023), the establishment Florida State Representative Grant stated the following in support of Florida Representative James Buchanan in his primary race against fellow Republican Pozzie in District 74; "Speaker Renner and potential Speaker Perez would not sit idly by
while one of their own was engaged in a primary."
THE GRANT'S TALLAHASSEE LACKEYS WILL BE ENEMIES OF POZZIE
Grant further stated, "that they never lost a representative to a primary and they weren't going to start now. Grant also told Pozzi, "she would be making enemies in Tallahassee if she proceeded to run against Buchanan and all of Tallahassee would fighting against her."
GRANT AND HIS FELLOW HACKS IN TALLAHASSEE WILL RUIN POZZIE POLITICAL CAREER
Grant threatened Pozzi that she, “will ruin any political career that she could potentially have, which Pozzie replied ‘that is what makes me different, I am not interested in a career- I am interested in making a difference and representing we the people.”
POZZIE NEEDS TO WAIT HER TURN ACCORDING TO THE SAGE FROM CHARLOTTE COUNTY
Apparently there is a pecking order that comes down straight from the swamp in Tallahassee, since Grant told Pozzie to wait her turn. Evidently according to Grant, it's not the residents of the district that choose their representatives, but rather, a top-down approach of a tightly knit cabal that seeks to drown voices out with their power and might.

Grant is the same political hack, who had no problem in his daughter, Vanessa Grant Oliver not waiting her turn to run for the Charlotte County Airport Authority in 2019.

No problem for Grant when in violation of his loyalty, the then Chairman of Republican Party of Florida (RPOF) Joe Gruters endorsed Grant's daughter, Vanessa Grant Oliver in a Republican primary for the Charlotte County Airport Authority against Bob Starr.
Grant had no problem when a dirty dark PAC out of Lakewood Ranch called THE TRUMP COMMITTEE attacked Starr. No problem that the treasurer of that PAC was Eric "The Prince of Dirty Dark PAC Money" Robinson. No problem for Grant, that over $237,000 that financed that PAC came from Carlos Beruff, Pat Neal and their cronies.

Grant could care less that a contributor to PAC attacking Starr--MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN had over $800,000 in expenditures to the dirt bag political operative out of Ybor City, Anthony Pedicini. The PAC has Robinson, as the treasurer and chairman.

When Starr was asked if he thought Grant had something to do with the mailer against him, which led to his loss, “I definitely do. It’s unquestionable.”
“There’s really something wrong here when you establish a PAC to attack a candidate for the Airport Authority,” Starr said. “I’ve been a loyal member of the Republican Party for all my life. I’ve spent thousands (of dollars) at meetings and in donations and to be treated like this for no reason is wrong.”

"This is the same ‘dark money campaign’ ran against (current CCAA commissioner) Rob Hancik two years ago by his opponent Julie Price, whose campaign was championed by Grant," Starr said in a written response to local media in Charlotte County.

Grant also stated in attacking Pozzi that primaries pull resources away unnecessarily. I wondered if Grant told those words to Govrnor Ron DeSantis, whom he endorsed for President- against Trump who clearly has the lead and would technically be 'next in line.'
Buchanan spoke briefly at the event about how he has not really started campaigning and was happy and confident with the work he was doing in Tallahassee. Of course he didn't need to say much, since his cohort Grant had already stepped in from him.

Although James Buchanan said little, not so Buchanan’s wife Lea. Mrs. Buchanan was getting in the face of a Pozzi supporters yelling at them for their support of Pozzie. The yelling was way out of line- and aggressive and once again gave the impression that Buchanan's wife wants the seat more than her passive husband does. Lea must like the Tallahassee life style.
GRANT LONGTIME POLITICAL HACK FROM CHARLOTTE COUNTY BY WAY OF MASSACHUSETTS
Grant is a longtime political hack from Chalotte County, who has been sucking up to political trough in Chalotte County, while hanging out at the political swamp in Tallahassee ever since he parachuted into Charlotte County from Massachusetts in 1988.
Grant jumped right in with Republican establishment becoming a major supporter of former Florida Governor’s Jeb Bush and landed an appoinment to the Charotte County Airport authority from Bush in 1998. Grant ran for Airport Authority postion in 2020 and was elected to office.
Grant then moved on to the Florida Housed of Representative District 71 in 2004 and was re-elected in 2006. In 2008 Grant ran for the Florida state Senate and lost to the late Nancy Detert.
In 2012, when the state's legislative districts were redrawn, Grant opted to run in the newly created 76th District, which was based in southern Lee County, even though Grant did not live in the district. Grant was overwhelmingly defeated, receiving only 28% of the vote.
Grant went back to the swamp in Tallahassee when he won election to Florida House District 75 in 2016 where he continues to be part of the polluted political swamp.

Grant did not mention that Buchanan has hired the Ybor City dirt bag consultant Pedicini. Grant could care less that "Pay to Play” developers Neal, Beruff and their cronies $millions has turned the Manatee County Commission into a disastrous Shit Show.
Grant could care less that Pedicini was the political operative of the present seven Manatee County Commissioners, who are nothing more than shrills for "Pay to Play" developers Beruff and Neal turning Manatee County into one huge parking lot, while making $millions for the Neal/Beruff gang.
Grant and his Tallahassee cronies have no problem that Buchanan has hired this Ybor City based loud mouth egotistical political operative, who could care less about the political philosophy of his candidates. They have been stuffing $millions in Pedicini pockets to take out Republican America First candidates like Pozzi.

It is incredible how brazen this slicked down political hack Grant is to admit at a public speaking engagement to take out Possie and destroy her political career. Incredible how this elitist mindset of Grant is to want to grip onto power so tightly and at all cost.
