The disbanded Free Florida PC had $89,850 in contributions and had $89,850 in expeditures
Over $87,000 of those expenditures went to two Pedicini's entities (SIMWINS LLC & SAVE OUR QUALITY-OF-LIFE PAC) with a Ybor City address of 1509 East 9TH Street, Tampa, Fl. 34957. Both entities have over $4 million in dark money to promote numerous RINO candidates like Rainford.
The disbanded FREE FLORIDA PC expenditures going to Pedicini were for Bruno Partigliattii, who lost to Carolina Amesty in the Florida Hose District 45. Portigliatti came in a distant third.

As Pedicini and Milner have been sued on numerous occasions throughout Florida for years, it was no different when they were sued in this District 45 campaign by Jay Rosario, an Orange County businessman and reserve deputy sheriff in Orange County.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, Rosario filed the suit against Portigliatti; his political consulting firm SIMWINS and its principles Pedicini, Millner and Thomas Piccolo; the political committee, Citizens for Principled Leadership; and its Chair, William Helmich.
Rosario’s lawsuit complains that the ads from Pedivini's PAC included his likeness, image, phone number, email address, home address and age, among other information, “next to false and misleading statements about him.”
It charges that mailers and other campaign communications sent by the “Citizens” committee to Republican voters in HD 45 attacked Amesty by attacking him.
Various Citizens’ mailers and text ads say Rosario had supported Democratic campaigns. One communication reportedly called him disgusting, urging voters to call his phone number.

Amesty stated that there is an direct connection to Pedicini as suggested by a 2018 libel lawsuit, brought by Rep. Mike Beltran regarding mailers from a now defunct committee, Veterans for Truth, in a campaign in which Pedicini’s firm worked for Beltran’s opponent. That suit was settled in 2019 in a closed settlement between both parties.
