Those who were involved in defeating the Republican establishment candidates and sending the Lavender Republican political operative Pedicini back to Tampa with his tail between his legs to hang out with Tampa Mayor Castor and her “cruzmissle” are now being sued by Pedicini and his “waterboy”, former Manatee County Commissioner Kevin Van Ostenbridge (KVO) represented by Alex Andrade.

During that 2023 campaign between Hurak and Janet Cruz, that Blank Comite Politico PAC laundered $96,350 to a LLC based in St. Petersburg called Gulch Group LLC managed by the Power's handpicked Republican to replace Wayman as the MREC State Committeeman, Jennings DePriest.
