NEAL’S INEPT FLUNKY LOCAL REC CHAIRMAN BRILL HAS PUT NEAL'S CONTROL OF LOCAL REC IN DEEP TROUBLE
“Pay to Play” developer Pat Neal handpicked Chairman of the Sarasota County Republican Executive Committee (local REC), Jack Brill egotistical attempt to put his handpicked flunkies in REC leaderships positions has put Neal’s control of local REC in serious trouble.

Come November, Neal along with his political operative Bob Weachter and Neal's handpicked local REC Chairman Brill could be long gone.

Brill latest bonehead decision to take complete control of the local REC was exemplified in the last-minute filing of his handpicked candidate for the local REC State Committeeman, Cullen C.J Morgan to go against Sarasota County Commissioner Joe Neunder. The decision is another example of the egotistical Brill political ineptness.
Neunder
Chosing Morgan, who was Brill's handpicked choice to lead the Sarasota Young Republicans and has just parachuted into Sarasota four years ago being a former registered Democrat and Independent to take on Neunder should make Neal and his fellow cronies unhappy.
For example, Brill’s has forgotten he serves at the pleasure of Neal and his “Pay To Play” cronies and to take out Neunder, who is Neal and his cronies handpicked County Commissioner by someone like Morgan should make Neal have Brill making a trip up to his office at Lakewood Ranch for an ass whipping.
Gruters
Brill need not try to tell Neal that Florida State Senator Joe Gruters was behind the decision to take on Neunder. Brill attempted to spread that lie, but Gruters would have nothing to do with that lie by completely denying Brill’s claim.
Brunni
Another decision by Brill that has backfired to take complete control of the REC in the next REC election was having Rachel Frank run against present REC State Committeewoman Terry Angley. Unfortunately for Brill, Angley withdrew for reelection and was replaced by a Brill nightmare, America First grassroots organizer, Connie Brunni.
Brunni's opponent Rachel Frank is the wife of Atticus Frank, who is a Brill handpicked choice for treasurer of the local REC. Frank, as treasurer of the REC keeps a lid on the hudereds of thousands of dollars that are coming and going through the REC treasury.
Jones
For example where did the $120,000 in 2023 and in 2024 to the REC from three based Tallahassee PAC's managed by William Stafford Jones, who moves dirty dark soft PAC money from over 50 PAC's he manages from PAC-to-PAC-PAC-to-LLC. ---END UP?
No mention to the REC membership of why the REC needs a paid media person like Rod Thomson or REC funds to Democrat lawyer Morgan Bentley to pay for Brill's legal fees.
Neilsen
In addition, Brill's handpicked treasurer, Frank has made no report to the REC membership of nine expenditures to a Jupiter, Florida based political operative Randy Neilsen totaling over $97,000, who Brill selected to be part of the disastrous City of Venice City Council election.
The Jupiter based Neilsen was paid over $97,000 to put thousands of flyers in the mail boxes of Venice voters that did nothing other than seeing two Democrats defeat two Republicans in the bastion of Republican conservatism in Southwest Florida.

Brill inept political decision to expend over $97,000 to Neilsen was compounded by another inept political decision of selecting his handpicked Vice Chairperson of the REC, Alice Rothbauer to lead the REC get out the vote efforts in Brill's led defeat.
Neal must not have been too happy with Brill's losing effords in that the Democrat victors' main issue in winning was Neals's developments projects needed to be ended.
Pedicini
Then there is no report to REC membership by Brill's flunky Frank of seven expenditures from the local REC totaling over $90,000 to Tampa based political consultant Anthony Pedicini, who has no problem supporting Tampa Democrat Mayor Jane Castor and taking out Castor's critics.

The Lavender Republican Pedicini is also Manatee "Pay to Play" gangster developer from Miami, Carlos Beruff political operative. Pedicini with $millions from Beruff and his cronies has managed the campaigns of Manatee County Commissioners deep in the pockets of Beruff, who have turned the Manatee County Commission into one big Shit Show.
In addition to the over $90,000 to Pedicini and the over$97,000 to Neilsen in the Venice losing election, Brill has pumped another $27,000 to Neilsen.
Pumping money into Pedicini, Neilsen and REC funds to Thomson and Bentley and picking big time losers like Frank and Morgan for State Committee man and woman are reasons Neal could end up losing control of the REC, but they are not the biggest reasons why Neal's reign at the local REC will end.
Neal’s biggest problem in losing control of the local REC in November is while Brill was running around putting his flunkies in REC leadership position, American First leaders had put together over 165 America First grassroots organizers to join the REC. For example, while Brill’s flunky Morgan was filling to take on Neunder, over 165 America First followers registered for REC membership to vote Brill out and take Neal and Waechter with him.
