For example, the latest campaign contributions to Smith from Neal, Jensen and the other local overseers of the local political scene is $26,250 from 27 contributor for a total of $207,575 from only 167 contributors.
Smith contributors are fat cat donors turning Sarasota into one big parking lot and a paradise lost. They don't know Smith other than another lackey that will go along to get along with the Neal gang raping Sarasota County.

There was a $1,000 in-kind contributions from Neal Communities for an Administrative Assistant. In the past Neal would have his Administrative Assistant at Neal Communities, Mary Anne Gragic make those calls for campaign contributions for his handpicked candidates.

Grgic has left Neal Communities and formed her own cousultant firm and has become a political operative for Neal's hanpickd candidates and for her live-in boy friend, Sarasota City Commissionr Hagen Brody.
Neal in a text message to the SARASOTA PHOENIX denied calls were made for campaign contributions for Smith. Neal stated the in-kind contribution to Smith was, "For young people to help Mark."
A call was made to Neal asking who his administrative Assistant at Neal Communities was making the calls for "young people to help Mark." Neal texted back THE SARASOTA PHOENIX--"I do not know."

SMITH GRABBED $4,000 FROM TWO ICARD/MERRILL RAINMAKER ATTORNEYS REPRESENTING AN ENTITY BUILDING HOTELS ON SIESTA KEY

Any doubts that Smith is not into the Siesta Key hotel gangsters were four contributions picked up from two Icard Merrill attorneys defending the entity being sued by Lourdes Ramirez. That entity is being sued by Ramirez for building a hotel on Siesta Key not in compliance with Sarasota County land use ordinances.

That entity is SKH-1 and the property owner is Calle Miramar LLC.s and their two attonorys are William Merrill III with two 1,000 checks to Smith. The other attorney is Matthew Brockway who gave two $750 contributions to Smith. Smith picked up the four checks from Merrill and Brockwell on 11/2/22 at the Icard/Merrill office.

There are four $1,000 contributions from a North Carolina company managed by Terrell Wolfram and thee of his LCC'S--Merriwater Golf LLC, TCSI LLC and ROLLING GREENHODCO LLC . Wolfram is the Managing Director of Anka Funds, which is an investment firm, headquartered in Raleigh, N.C.. Anka is focused on Residential Real Estate.

Wolfram through Anka is connected locally with EldonJohnson, who is turning the former Rolling Green Golf course into a high end housing development. Johnson also gave two $1,000 kisses to Smith in the last campaign finance report to buy a piee of Smith to stuff in his pockets.
Ziegler
Johnson, who also in this latest bid to buy a Sarasota County Commissioner with his two $1,000 contributions was the winner on a 4-1 vote of the Sarasota County Commission to purchase over 116 acres of vacant and adjacent to the former Rolling Green Golf Course he just bought. The property was to be developed by a minority Black enterprise out of Miami called Woodwater Investment for work force housing.
Colon
According to John Colon, who is an investment banker for Wells Fargo, he made a call to Sarasota County Commissioner Mike Moran who along with Sarasota County Commissioner Nancy Detert persuaded two other County Commissioners to rescind the bid to the Black investment company out of Miami. Colon, who is a City of Sarasota Housing Authority member wanted to make a bid on the property, which he did.

Johnson's company won the bid with a 4-1 vote of the Sarasota County Commission, which include Johnson's close associate--MIKE MORAN. Sarasota County Commissioner Christian Ziegler, who must of smelt the odor of the deal, voted against the Jonson's bid.

Also included in this last minute bid to blind side the voters with another $29,000 to stuff another flunky in their pockets is three, $1,000 checks from James Gabbert, who tried to pollute the Celery Fields with his garbage dump.

Hugh Culverhouse Jr. also gave two, $1,000 contributions to Smith. Culverhouse is the same person, who made these comment about racism existing in Sarasota, with Neal and "PAY to Play" developer disenfranchising Atkins and over 8,000 other Black voters with the Bob Waechter racist redistricting map in 2019.
"This Waechter Plan should be a matter for the State Attorney or the U.S. Attorney.......the
quick acceptance of a criminal's map that eliminates Blacks is criminal within itself. It is not the politics; it is the conspiracy and criminal action to favor certain commissioners in an election that is important."
Culverhouse described the actions of SarasotaCounty Commissioners, Nancy Deter, Al Maio and Mike Moran with these words: "It (the Waechter Plan) paints Sarasota as a mean-spirited, racist town, a place to avoid. A town with a no welcoming mat, but a noose and a burning."

After the vote Sarasota Herald Tribune columnist Carrie Sideman wrote, "Even if by appearance alone, it (Waechter Map) echoes historical racial injustices and black voter suppression and sends a clear message to the neighborhood that, once again, the white majority controls its fate."
There is three $1,000 from Cannon Homes, another $200 contribution from Venice based attorney Stuart Boone to go along with five other previous kisses to Smith from the Boone Law firm rainmaker attorneys for local "Pay to Play" gangster evelopers.
There are seven $1,000 contributions from other 21 first century Sarasota white folks
making sure a Black man does not become a Sarasota County Commissioner .
