IN A SHOCKING DETAIL A SECOND PORTER VICTIM TESTIFIES SEXUAL MOLESTATION BEGINS AT AGE 7
Once again, another male victim has come out courageously testifying in a shocking detail how self-proclaimed Bishop Henry Porter allegedly sexualy molested him at Porter's Downtown Church and School.
Once again, as Porter's high price Brett McIntosh legal team's dog and pony show tries to paint lipstick on a pig, yesterday in a Downtown Sarasota County courthouse, a 40-year-old former member of Porter's Westcoast Church and School of Human Development came before the court and stated he was first molested by Porter at age 7.

By the way, one of Porter's supporters was seen placing cash in McIntosh's pockets at one of the breaks in the trial. The same Porter supporter was seen coming out of a conference with McIntosh and one of his associates at another break in the trial.
VICTIMS SIBLINGS OFFER SUPPORT
The victim siblings were in attendance to offer support for their brother with their tears accompanying his testimony. His brother had to leave the courtroom unable to handle his emotions, as he heard once again how his 7-year brother was molested by Porter from age 7 to 12.
The victim sat directly in front of Porter, as he went on to describe how Porter performed oral and anal sex on him until age 12.
Porter's Downtown Sarasota Church and School
The victim described how an attempted rape was only prevented at Porter's Downtown church and school when his cries for help were heard by a Porter assistant. The assistant called Porter off the victim after entering Porter's inner office and found Porter on the top of the victim attempting to rape him at age 11. The Porter assistant, who is allegedly Porter's sister never has confirmed or denied the accusations.
The victim stated the molestation started when Porter would put him on his knees and forced the victim face into Porters groin area at age 7. At age 9 Porter would pin him down and began stroking his penis. Oral and anal sex would follow Porter's manipulation.
The victim stated on numerous occasions, Porter would have him called down from Porter's school on the second floor to his inner office. Porter would undress and place the victim on his knees and have him perform oral sex on him.
Once when Porter was performing oral sex on the victim, the alleged victim was reprimanded for protesting being penetrated. Porter then proceeded to masturbate himself with the victim being told to clean up. The alleged victim was then asked to pray for forgiveness from God for the evil act.
PORTER'S ART OF MANIPULATION OF HIS CHURCH MEMBERS
The victim described Porter's art of manipulation to control the actions of members of Porter's congregation. Porter would state to the members of the Church, if the word did not come from him, it did not come from God.
The victim mentioned numerous times when his parents would leave him in the care of Porter at the Downtown Church late at night and at times overnight. The victim's parents did not know Porter was molesting the child during those times.
The victim stated if he told his parents he was being molested they would not believe him. His parents, especially his mother believed Porter was the hand of God.
Once again it was mentioned by a victim of Porter's molestation that just about every action taken by members of church had to be approved by Porter. Every minor and major decision--everything had to be cleared by Porter.
RECENT PORTER VICTIMS NOT PART OF 1990 AND 2000-2001 PORTER INVESTIGATIONS.

Once has to remember that the victims who are coming out in this Porter trial, according to local States Attorney Ed Brodsky, were not part of 1990 and 2000-2001 law enforcement conducted criminal investigations into Porter sexual abusing children."
Brodsky has recently stated, "During those investigations, 20 youths provided statements to law enforcement disclosing they were sexually abused by the defendant in the past. These individuals ranging from young teenagers to young adults when the sexual abuse occurred described the abuse taking place at many locations including the defendant's inner office at the West Coast Center for Human Development."
Furthermore, Assistant State's Attorney Ryan Felix in denying Porter bail stated, "In all, law enforcement investigations spanning 30 years produced statements from dozens that have been sexually abused by the defendant. These accusers support the fact that defendant Porter has sexually abused them for decades."
OVER 40 PORTER VICTIMS NOT PURSUED DUE TO STATUTE OF IMITATIONS HAD EXPIRED
The reason given by Brodsky for not pursuing Porter is that the statute of limitation had expired to the over 40 youths alleging Porter had molested and raped them.

Once must as remember for over 50 years the local leading media outlet in Sarasota, which is the Sarasota Herald Tribune (SHT) buried their heads in the sands as Porter wined and dined with the local Sarasota social elite, while allegedly molesting Black children.
A significant amount of prominent local social, financial, political, media and local criminal justice elites have a lot on the line with a Porter conviction of molesting Black children for over 50 years.
