The leaked information on the Ziegler's lifestyle came from "those close to the invisigation" to a local political Hit Man, Michael Barfield. The leaked information concerned alleged accusations that Christian Ziegler allegedly sexual abused and raped a female victim.
The Sarasota Police Department are leaking directly or indirectly to Barfield, who was a former employee of the Florida ACLU accused of, "an ongoing and persistent pattern of gender-based harassment and retaliation that creates a hostile environment for females who participate in the ACLU FL."

The information leaked to Barfield, who was once called a "Con Man's Con Man" by federal judge Richard Lazzara before sentencing him to a 10-year term in federal prison (his third prison sentence) for defrauding a federal judge and prosecutor for $50,000 has opened the door for a Tallahassee establishment Power to replace Ziegler.

Power's claims to be a conservative American First candidate has been disputed by America First candidate, Peter Feaman who has announced to run against Power.

Power's ties to Tallahassee establishment are well established, working for a Tallahassee based political consultant company run by Dave Ramba, who is a prominate Tallahassee attorney and lobbyist.

That includes one that has given nearly $50,000 to the Florida Democratic Party since 2016. Political committees (PAC) are often used as pass-throughs for campaign contributions, and it is difficult to tell specifically where the money originated and which candidates or causes someone is being paid to work on.
WILL ZIEGLER BE REPLACED BY A CONVICTED DRUNK DRIVER
Concerns have been raised by opponents of Power to be the Chairman of the RPOF, if Power is elected. They believe a picture of Power's mug shot will be released by Democrat leaders stating that an alleged sexual abuser and rapist with a salacious lifestyle will be replace by a convicted drunken driver.
For example, Power opposed Ziegler for Vice Chairman of RPOF in 2019, but had to take his name out the running when he was arrested and convicted of drunk driving.

POWER RAN AGAINST ZIEGLER FOR RPOF CHAIRMAN IN 2022
In the contest for chairman of the RPOF in 2022, Power once again ran against Ziegler for Chairman of the RPOF. At the time, Ziegler’s win was viewed as a victory for supporters of former President Donald Trump over those close to Gov. Ron DeSantis, two Florida candidates currently competing for the 2024 GOP presidential nomination.

Feaman is a husband, father, grandfather, businessman, lawyer, and claims to be an unabashed conservative activist. Feaman has served as the Florida National Committeeman for almost 12 years and has been a member of the Republican Party of Florida Executive Committee for two decades.

POWER HAS ISSUES WITH RPOF MEETING ON 1/8/2023
Feaman feels that Power and his Tallahassee establishment base is pushing for Power's having the meeting on a Monday working day of 1/8/24 in Tallahassee.
Feaman states, "Under the Republican Party Constitution and Rules, a Special Election is required to be held when there is a vacancy in the office of Chairman,” Feaman argued in his email. “Since there is no vacancy as yet, that election should be held at our annual meeting in February. Any election before that would violate our Constitution and Rules.”
Power also stated that "a scheduling a meeting in Tallahassee on a Monday that is going to disenfranchise a huge number of committee members,” Feaman said, who isn’t confident the meeting will have a quorum. “They simply are not going to be able to make it. They have jobs and things to do. I’ve already been told by a dozen members they won’t be able to make it."

The RPOF election of Ziegler's replacement has split the local Sarasota County Republican Executive Committee (REC) leadership. The Chairman of the REC, Jack Brill is supporting Power, while the America First local REC State Committeewoman Terry Angley is supporting Feaman.

For example, the plans of Power to replace Feaman, who is not running for Republican National Committeeman will now change if Power becomes Chairman of RPOF. Guess who fills that spot?
