Hagen Brody's led THREE BRO takeover of City Hall is nothing more than a shit show to turn City Hall over to the "Pay to Play" developers at the Argus Foundation and the Gulf Coast Builders Exchange (GCBX).

The shit show at City Hall was once again confirmed by a shameful decision from Brody's water boy, City Commissioner Eric Arroyo, who as the ceremonial Mayor of Sarasota appointed Mark Vengroff to replace David Morgan and Carolyn "Second the Motion" Mason to replace Valeria Buchand to the Sarasota Housing Authority.

Vengroff who lives in a multimillion dollar home in Bird Key among the rich and famous since parachuting back into Sarasota from California, while Buchand lives in Jane Gardens representing her working family constituents'. Vengroff was brought back from California to run the late Harvey Vengroff business after his brother Travis turned down the opportunity and moved with his wife to the state of Washington.

The late Harvey Vengroff no doubt must be turning over in his grave as Mark Vengroff buys politicians and lives a lavish life style on Bird Key becoming part of the white cultural social elite, who controls Sarasota. The multimillionaire Harvey Vengroff, unlike Mark Vengroff lived a modest life style hanging around Sarasota in tees shirts and Bermuda shorts.
THE DECESION NOT TO APPOINT BUCHAND IS APPALING
In a decision that has most stunned local Sarasota residents, who had witnessed how Sarasota's Janie Poe's public housing was a national disgrace was the decision by Arroyo not to re appoint Buchand.
Janie Poe was a subject of an award winning documentary detailing how scandalous the Janie Poe housing project was an example of near third world conditions existing in Sarasota. The decision by Arroyo not to re appoint Valeria Buchand, who led the fight to end the the disgraceful conditions at the Sarasota Housing Authority is appalling..

To those of us who were around when the Janie Poe Housing Project was a roach infested development and raw sewage flowed in the hall ways and we were inspired by Buchand leadership to end the scandelious conditions, the decision not to re appoint Buchand to the Sarasota Housing Authority was inexcusable.

Buchand was beyond a doubt the major moving forrce in ending the near third world living conditions existing in Sarasota. Buchand was the most influential individual to make the Janie Gardens housing project the success it is today.
THE THREE BRO'S
For Brody's No. 2 BRO, Arroyo not to re-appoint Buchand is but another example of three immature clueless THREE BRO'S running Sarasota City government. Two of the THREE BRO's (Brody and Battie) can't make in the private sector and one (Arroyo) carries brief cases for his senior law partners.

What is equally disgraceful is to replace Buchand with Mason, who as a Sarasota City Commissioner did absolutely nothing to improve the conditionals at Janie Poe. Her appointments to the Housing Authority were failures in bringing relief to Janie Poe.
Atkins
Mason was run out of her Newtown leadership position when the Chairman of the Republican Party (REC) Tram Hudson turned Mason into a Republican with the promise to make her a Sarasota County Commissioner. After turning Republican, Mason was defeated in her re-election to the City Commission by Fredd Atkins.

True to Hudson's promise, Mason was rewarded for turning Republican when the three times arrested Pat Neal political operative Bob Waechter made Mason a Sarasota County Commissioner.
For eight years, Mason gained the moniker of "SECOND THE MOTION MASON." That was due to every time when one of Neal's handpicked County Commissioners would promote a Neal or one of his fellow gangster developer's projects--Mason would "SECOND THE MOTION."
MASON IS AN EXAMPLE OF THE SOCIAL CULURAL ELITE HANDPICKING BLACK LEADERS TO FURTHER THEIR AGENDA WHICH BUCHAND IS NOT A FOVORITE OF SOCIAL CULTURAL WHITE ELTE
Mason is an example of the million dollar foundations and "Pay to Play" developers and other social cultural elite, who promote and handpick local Blacks, who go - along to get - along with the social cultural white elite.
Morgan
Equally appalling was Brody's No. 2 BRO, Arroyo decision not to re-appoint David Morgan to the Sarasota Housing Authority. Morgan is a documented award winning expert on creating low income housing projects for working folks and minorities.
Arroyo replaced Morgan with Vengroff, who has Arroyo's mentor Brody deep in his pockets. In addition, Vengroff has numerous million dollar projects coming before the Sarasota City Commission.
Vengroff has given 7, $1,000 contributions to Brody's campaign for the Sarasota County Commission. In addition, Vengroff gave $5,000 to a PAC, which included another $4,500 from two other "Pay to Play" developers to the PAC put together by Brody.
Shaw
The PAC was put together to assist Brody in taking out Sarasota City Commissioner Willie Shaw with a TOTALLY unqualified City Commissioner, Kyle Battie.
Battie
Battie was elected and since getting elected, THE THREE BROS have had with a 3-2 vote elected Brody the Mayor followed by Arroyo as Mayor. No doubt Arroyo will be followed by the hapless former unlicensed masseur and bar hopping Battie as Mayor of Sarasota.
With the THREE BRO'S running City Hall and being closely monitored by Argus approved City Manager Marlon Brown, City Hall has turned into shit show control by "Pay to Play" Developers hanging out at the Argus Foundation and the Gulf Coast Builders Exchange.
This recent appointment by Arroyo is example of the clueless THREE BRO's, who while Buchand and other Sarasota residents were living in near third world conditions at Janie Poe, Brody was playing tennis in California, Arroyo was drinking beer and chasing girls at Sarasota High School and Batttie was modeling in New York and Miami's South Beach.
God only knows where Mark Vengroff was in California when Buchand and others were turning Sarasota public housing into a decent place to live.
By the way, Brody wants to take his act to the County Commission to jump in bed like "SECOND THE MOTION" Mason did with the Sarasota County "Pay to Play" developers.
