What is going on the Manatee County Commission is a near total corrupt criminal enterprise. A Beruff led JUNTA is being run out of Beruff’s gated compound where Manatee County Commissioners get instructions from Beruff in how to turn the Manatee County Commission into a corrupt money-making machine for Beruff.

Sitting Manatee County Commissioner Vanessa Baugh had no problem joining Beruff’s Gang of Four and selling Pedicini’s Kool Aid to the voters of Manatee County. Baugh for years was buried deep in Beruff ad Neal’s pocket corrupting the Manatee County Commission.

In 2020, thousands of dollars of Dirty Dark PAC money with documented ties to Beruff were funneled into two PAC, which made their way to the Gang of Four political consultants Pedicini LLC--SWIMWINS.

The MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN PAC is operated and managed out of the CPA office of a Beruff and Neal “Bag Man, who is the "Prince of Dirty Dark PAC Money" Robinson. Robinson registered the Make America Great Again PAC in January 2018, listing himself as chairman and treasurer.
Gruters
Robinson’s CPA partner is Florida State Senator Joe Gruters, who is also the former Chairman of the Republican Party of Florida (RPOF). As Chairman of RPOF, Gruters funneled millions of RPOF money into the political operative, Pedicini LLC operating at 1509 E. 9th Street in Ybor City.
The MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN PAC had contributions of $ 1.216 million and expeditors $1.206 million in the 2020 election cycle.
Crise
The MAKE AMEICA GREAT AGAIN PAC has Randy Crise as Chairman and Robinson as Agent and Treasure of the PAC. Crise is another multimillion dollar “Pay to Play” developer out of Lee County, Florida.
Jones
MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN top donors include$292,000 from Pedicini's Citizens Alliance for Florida's Economy (CAFE) PAC, and $110,000 from William S. Jones' Space Coast Liberty Caucus, revealing close ties among the state's most powerful PACs.
Jones is another Beruff and Neal bag man. Robinson out of Venice and Jones out of Tallahassee and Ocala are two the two biggest bag men for Neal, Beruff funneling $millions$ from PAC to PACS and on to soft money LLC.
Pedicini put together and delivered thousands of dollars from those two PAC and other Beruff and Neal campaign contributions for attack adds against Beruff's handpicked Gang of Four opponents and puff pieces to support the Gang of Four.
Vernon
Another PAC heavily financed by Beruff that sent out thousands of dollars in attack adds to take out the opponent of Beruff's handpicked candidates is the TRUMP COMMITTEE PAC managed out of the home Steve Vernon at 7631 Desert Inn Drive in Lakewood Ranch.
Beruff contributed $144,000 of soft money through his LLC to Vernon’s managed PAC with Beruff cronies Robert Spencer and McClure contributing $50,000 of the PAC, which went to Pedicin’s SWIMWINS LLC in Ybor City through the Gruters/Robinson CPA office in Venice.
Another $9,100 was funneled into the backdoor of Vernon’s PAC from the MAKE A BETTER TOMORROW PAC, also managed out of the Robinson/Gruters CPA office in Venice.
The TRUMP COMMITTEE PAC had nothing to do with former President Donald Trump. It was just another part of the Pedicini/Beruff Kool Aid.
Vernon, who is the former head of the Manatee County conservative TEA PARTY organization and Christian Coalition organization, drank the Pedicini Kool Aid wrapped around a flag and Bible.

In the 2022 Manatee County Commission elections, Beruff gained complete control of the Manatee County Commissioners by stuffing his handpicked candidates Jason Bearden, Mike Rahn and Amanda Ballard drinking the Pedicini Kool Aid.
Beruff backdoored contributions for his handpicked candidates with $160,000 of "Dark Soft Money" from five of his LLC to a 2785 P.O. Box in Stuart, Florida. That address is the address for a Pedicini and Debbie/Michael Millner managed $10.9 million PAC, named Citizens Alliance for Florida's Economy.
Michael and Debbie Millner have spent the last 15 years with Pedicini candidates, PAC and LLC with their treasury functions.
The Millner's lives in Jensen Beach and together with Pedicini manage $millions of PAC and LLC Dark Money. Jensen and Pedicini move PAC and LLC money from entity-to-entity-to entity throughout Florida.
Pat Neal back doored $111,000 to the same P. O Box in Stuart that Beruff sent $160,000. Those Beruff and Neal contributions sent to that P.O. Box in Stuart totaled $271,000.
PEDICINI MOVES BERUFF AND NEAL MONEY TO MILLNER'S IN JENSEN BEACH
On 2/1/2022, Pedicini or Milner moved $120,000 of $10.9million they picked up at the P.O. Box in Stuart for the Citizens Alliance for Florida Economy (AFE) PAC to the Keeping Florida Great PAC they managed at 2055 W. Diamond Creek Way in Jensen Beach.
On 8/11/2022 another $145,000 was sent from that AFE PAC P.O. Box to the Keeping Florida Great PAC at 2055 W. Diamond Creek Way in Jensen Beach.
Also, during 2022, $472,000 was funneled from that P.O. Box in Stuart to Pedicini's, SIMWINS LLC at 1509 E. 9th Street in Tampa.
All those flyers attacking and promoting Pedicini's candidates for the Manatee County Commission elections came from that Keeping Florida Great PAC in Jensen Beach and SIMWINS in Tampa, which included $271,000 in LLC soft money from Beruff and Neal to buy
Manatee County Commissioners.
By the way, all those puff pieces and attack pieces funded by a Pedicini PAC and LLC with $271,000 from Beruff and Neal landed on Manatee County streets coming from a Making America Great PAC with a 133 South Harbor Drive, Venice, Florida.
That address is the CPA office in Venice of Florida Senator Gruters and Eric "The Prince of Dirty Dark PAC Money" Robinson.
