The egotistical Tampa based consultant Anthony Pedicini teaming up with the equally egotistical multimillion developer political naïve Carlos Beruff, who in handpicking unqualified candidates to completely control the Manatee County Commission has now turned into a disaster for Beruff and his fellow developers in Manatee County.
The opposition to Pedicini/Beruff “brutal political machine” operating in Manatee County, which operates with shady politics and shadier money" has led to all of Pedicini/Beruff candidates going down to defeat in Manatee County, which now sees the Pedicini/Beruff County Commission stuffed in their pocket long gone.

A political and financial disaster led by the political operative Pedicini in league with the political inept Beruff has now cost Beruff and other developers’ $millions. The political inept Beruff once ran against Marco Rubio for U.S Senate and lost 71% to 19% despite a personal investment of $8 million.
The Pedicini/Beruff Manatee “disaster" has seen the political operative out of Ybor City, Pedicini losing all four Manatee County Commission seats and the Manatee County Supervisor of Election position.

The most prominent Pedicini/Beruff loss was the defeat of Kevin Van Ostenbridge (KVO), who was endorsed by Governor Ron DeSantis and is a Pedicini close personal “friend.”

DeSantis not only endorsed Satcher on Beruff’s recommendation, DeSantis appointed Satcher on Beruff’s recommendation on 4/12/24 to replace Michael Bennett, as the Manatee County Supervisor of Election when Bennett resigned the position.
The defeat of the Pedicini/Beruff handpicked candidates has cost not only the egotistical political inept Beruff millions of dollars, but also his developer cronies will be losing millions of dollars. Led by the Manatee Commissioners, who defeated the Pedicini/Beruff handpicked candidates are now seeking a building moratorium and have developers to start paying $millions in their fair shares for roads, sewage etc..
Randy Benderson was recently turned down by the Manatee County Commissioner in a adding a 5th floor to a hotel he is building at the intersection of Florida State Road 64 and Interstate 75 in Manatee County.

The Beruff “bull in the China shop” actions and the Pedicini public exposed “brutal political machine” approach in Manatee County is completely different in how the Pat Neal political machine control the Sarasota County Commission.
Neal’s handpicked candidates hire consultants operating unlike Pedicini, who a Florida politician described Pedicini “wanting to be the story and not the man hidden behind the story.”

There is Randy Nielsen, who has been called an “attack-meister” — an expert in producing those scathing, frightful pieces that give candidates the chills to imagine. When it comes to nasty politics in Florida, the conversation inevitably gets around to Randy Nielsen. Tampa Bay Times reporter Lucy Morgan wrote in 2007. “(Nielsen) proudly wears the mantle: the state’s foremost expert on attack ads.”
But unlike Pedicini this Florida political consultant with 30 years being a political consultant is not the front of the story. Neilsen like the most successful political operatives works behind the scenes electing his clients.
Another one of Neal’s effective political operatives Neal has used to control the Sarasota Commission has been Mac Stevenson, who Neal has used to stuff Sarasota County Commissioners in Neal’s pockets.

Stevenson unlike Pedicini, will not be seen driving a jeep in a parade promoting a Beruff flunky, Kevin Van Ostenbridge for the Manatee County Commission.

Stafford Jones is another political Neal consultant, who has worked on hundereds of political campaigns over the years avoding the public eye unlike Pedicini.
Pedicini proclaims he was the man who stuffed seven Mantaee County Commissioners in Beruff's pockets. (Four of above are long gone and the three others will be gone in two years)
The public will never see Jones proclaiming himself, as being the political operative for stuffing Manatee County Commissioners into the pockets of the multimillion developers like Beruff, as Pedicini does.
In Sarasota, Sarasota County Commissioners Joe Neunder and Ron Cutsinger hired the Jupiter Beach consultant Nielsen and Sarasota County Commissioner Mark Smith hired Stevenson to run his campaign.

Unfortunately for Neal, he went against his formula of picking a consultant for his handpicked flunky Commissioners, Neil Rainford. The Neal/Rainford decision to hire Pedicini led to Rainford getting destroyed by former Sarasota County Sheriff Tom Knight, who Neal does not control.
Neal found out to go up against a seasoned political consultant, who remains behind the scenes against a political operative like Pedicini, who becomes the story is not the way to go in order to control the Sarasota County Commission.
